Refund & Cancellation

At Hirelancer.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for digital marketing services, website design, and digital products.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Some items/services may be non-refundable, depending on the nature of the product/service.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refunds may be issued in cases of non-delivery, defective digital products, or unmet expectations.
- If a client agrees to specific service terms during a pre-discussion call, a refund may not be provided.
- Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
- Certain digital products and services are strictly non-refundable, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Custom work or services tailored to the client's needs may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can request cancellation of services before work has begun.
- Once the work has started, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).
6. Disputes & Exceptions
- If a client is dissatisfied, they must contact us first to resolve the issue.
- Refund disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Hirelancer.in reserves the right to deny refunds if the service has been completed as agreed upon.
